Sushma’s workshop on the ‘Art of Intimacy & Relationship’ was a warm and illuminating day. Participants were enabled to create a lovely connection with each other, and through this opening, we explored our internal blocks to intimacy.I realized that I was repeating the same pattern in my relationships and found that in meditation, while on my own, I was able to find the solution I need, as well as radiate what I wish to create in my relationships. Additionally, the inner child work we did seem to impact and benefit in all my relationships including with my parents and boyfriend.
Sushma has a very good intuitive sense of what is needed, and exudes a very enthusiastic and loving energy.
