Mehek Gidwani has been in recovery from Addiction since 2011. She started using drugs at the age of 12 and found herself in a rehab by age 19. In the last 6 years, she has found freedom from the obsession to use drugs, alcohol, nicotine, sugar, caffeine, and Facebook. Through her journey, she has learned about the nature of Addiction. She discovered that her addiction operated in layers and each time one was removed, a subtler one was revealed below. Each layer required a new version of herself, revealing deeper doubts, insecurities, and blocks to her divine potential.

Through her experience, she has seen that any addiction can be overcome with a similar bag of tools. In the last 6 years, her life has flourished in ways unimaginable to herself and those around her. She has worked with many addicts around the world and continues to overcome the intricate layers of her addiction and self.

She believes in action, compassion and deepening levels of self-acceptance and love. She is well suited to guide others through overcoming their addictions, as she has traveled the road on her own journey.
